About Me
I've been teaching at a private Christian school in the Pacific Northwest for the past 14 years.
Over that time, I've learned that great teaching isn't just about great lessons. It's about building systems that reduce stress, making wise career decisions, managing your time well, continuing to grow professionally, and finding ways to serve students without burning yourself out.
I created Christian Teacher Life because I couldn't find a place that brought all of those ideas together. I wanted a resource that treated Christian teachers as whole people—not just educators, but professionals with careers, finances, families, faith, and long-term goals.
Sometimes we need a teaching resource, and the internet is full of those. Other times, we need something bigger: a better system, a different way of thinking, or a strategy that changes how we approach our work. Those things are much harder to find.
That's what I'm trying to build here.
